When it comes to building or renovating your property, nothing should be left to chance. The Development Planning and Construction (DPC) team is ready to help you throughout the entire development or renovation process.

Before your construction or renovation project begins, you'll be advised on all the key points to take into consideration, including the professionals and companies that you will be working with. DPC will furnish you with planning guidance and support documentation that you will need to define your project and get your project underway.

Once you are ready to begin, a DPC project manager will be assigned to you to help you select an architect of record and guide you through the architectural execution of the project. You can choose from several brand approved and ready to purchase interior design schemes or you can elect to have your own professional designer prepare a custom design scheme for brand review and approval.

When it's time to construct or renovate your property, the Development Planning and Construction team provides the expertise that you need, including:

• Helping owners and developers understand Wyndham Hotel Group's brands, the brand's position relative to its competitors and the brand's core elements which communicate its values through design elements
• Providing design support of key brand values including advising owners and consultants on guestroom designs, public space functions and designs, food and beverage concepts, FF&E criteria and designs and project coordination
• Guiding interior design direction and approval of owner's interior design submissions for property conversions, re-adaptations or new construction
• Monitoring design to ensure that operational needs are properly incorporated by working with the owner's team and Wyndham Hotel Group's operational teams
• Ensuring that hotels are renovated and built consistently according to brand standards
